Seminar - Passive Suffrage and "Hidden" Electoral Restrictions
On May 12, 2026, the research institute Gnomon Wise held a seminar and public discussion.
The seminar was based on Tamar Ketsbaia's paper - "The Right to Stand for Election and "Hidden" Electoral Qualifications." The seminar discussed the cumulative effect of the legislative amendments passed in 2025-2026 and their compliance with constitutional standards.
