Seminar - Georgia's Foreign Agents Law: Legislative Design, Political Context, and Consequences
On June 25, 2026, the research institute Gnomon Wise held a seminar and discussion.
At the seminar, Ana Khurtsidze, the President of Gnomon Wise, spoke about the Foreign Influence Registration Act, its political context, and its implications. The seminar will be based on the speaker's paper, "Georgia's Foreign Agents Law: Legislative Design, Political Context, and Consequences," which is published in June in Issue No. 2/2026 of the International Review of Comparative Law by the Société de législation comparée.
